Emma Schuld (she/her) is a Twin Cities based actor, singer, dancer, model, and NYT Daily Crossword enthusiast. She has over 10 years of experience as a performer, including musical theater, Shakespeare, teaching artistry, stage combat, and physical comedy. Emma has worked professionally with the Hennepin Theatre Trust, Ordway Center for Performing Arts, Theater Latte Da, Trademark Theater, Artistry, the History Theatre, the Playwright's Center, and the Texas Shakespeare Festival, among others.
Emma received her BFA in Acting from the University of Minnesota-Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program and has trained with the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's Globe in London. Through her time studying with these text-based programs, Emma learned the importance of activating both language and physicality for a well-rounded performance.
When not living and breathing all things theater, Emma enjoys cooking, singing along to Olivia Rodrigo, and reading about reforming the criminal justice system. She is a passionate learner, a goofball-at-heart, and a proud Korean adoptee. Above all, Emma believes in the power of compassion, hard work, and mindful practice.
